• You are not financially responsible for repair costs
• Coverage remains valid provided the correct accident procedure is followed

What to Do in Case of an Accident

To ensure that your insurance coverage applies in full, please follow these steps:

• Contact our 24/7 assistance service immediately
  The contact number is available:
  - On your rental agreement
  - On the vehicle keys
  - Inside the vehicle
• Remain at the location of the incident
• Wait for official assistance, which may include:
  - Police authorities
  - Insurance representatives

Once this procedure is followed correctly, your insurance coverage remains fully valid.

Optional Additional Coverage – W.U.G. (Wheels, Undercarriage, Glass)

For added reassurance, Rhodes Car Rental offers W.U.G. coverage as an optional enhancement for most vehicle groups.

This coverage applies even without an accident and includes protection against:

• Scratches or damage while parked
• Broken windows or side mirrors
• Wheel or tyre damage
• Undercarriage damage

W.U.G. coverage is ideal for extra confidence when driving or parking in unfamiliar areas and protects against unexpected situations beyond the driver’s control.
