Car Rental Rhodes

Everything went smoothly. The car was delivered to the hotel on the first morning. The rental company called and asked if the car could be brought a little early. We booked a small car, the brand was not the one we booked, but it is often the same in all rental companies. A car of the same size was delivered. The car was almost new and clean. A small car is handy in city traffic and also worked well on mountain roads. We checked the car with the agent beforehand and she asked us to take pictures of minor damage before we took the car into use. The agent was really friendly and the rental went smoothly. We also took out additional insurance for the car, which also covered, for example, the windshield, rims and chassis damage. Additional insurance for this car cost 42 euros for six days. A small price for peace of mind. You can even dent the rim on the cobblestones, which will make the bill more expensive. We didn't need to contact the rental company until the last evening. I left a message that we didn't need the car anymore. The message was answered in less than ten minutes and they said that you can leave the key at the hotel reception. They will pick up the car when they have time. We could have returned the car to the airport office in the morning, but we had already booked another ride to the airport. I highly recommend the company for adventures on the island?

I made a reservation online without any upfront payment, and they delivered the car to my hotel without any additional charge, and I returned it back to them the same way. It was a very easy rental experience. The car was clean and new. Full insurance was standard, so there was no deposit required. It's no coincidence that so many reviews have such high ratings. They have the most vehicles on the island, and you can see their vehicles everywhere.

Just professional no hassle with very good service

The best car rental I've ever had. We were picked up from the hotel to collect the car (I had booked two hours in advance!), and the car was picked up from the hotel again at the end of the rental. We even got an upgrade to a larger car at a great price, with no deposit and a zero-euro deductible on the comprehensive insurance. We rented the car from the rental company in Kolymbia, Rhodes. It couldn't be better; we'd do it again anytime.

The car was booked domestically and delivered on time, directly to the hotel by a friendly and professional representative. No down payment or deposit required. The car, practically new – a Citroen C3, clean and in perfect condition, contributed significantly to wonderful vacation memories. The return was hassle-free and the customer was trusted – the car was parked in the car park, the keys were left at the hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental company to anyone undecided. Rented a car for nine days. Excellent communication with the company representative, who initially suggested a later pickup but agreed to an earlier time, which was important to me. Booked online, and upon pickup, simply presented a driver's license and, of course, paid by credit card. The car was delivered to and picked up from the hotel—complete convenience!

Everything as expected. The car is clean and in good working order, with only a few miles on the clock. I opted for the plus insurance (€28) to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Another stress free experience. The service is really professional and the fleet is at the top. I would only suggest to revise the seats for kids which are a bit worn in general.

Excellent service! We received a brand new Panda, which was also a hybrid! That saved us a lot of hassle. Tip for the organizers: The confirmation said we had to wait at reception, but the friendly guy was waiting for us in a parking lot outside the grounds, so we missed each other. It all worked out well in the end, and we had a great time!

Easy booking with every conceivable extra (fully comprehensive insurance, second driver, unlimited mileage, no deposit). After booking online, you quickly receive all the information (directions to the parking lot, etc.) by email. Foolproof. Payment only on-site. Prices are often about half the price of the larger providers found on Check24. No waiting at the counter, vehicle in excellent condition, punctual pickup, no "troubleshooting" upon return. Five stars aren't enough. A clear recommendation.
